At Echelon Fit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your workout experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our Member Research team via our online portal or email to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Package Your Equipment

    Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including all power cords, accessories, and manuals to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  • 3.
    Schedule a Pickup

    Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient time to collect the equipment from your home.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
