What is the standard shipping time for Echelon equipment?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery for larger fitness equipment typically takes between 7 to 14 business days via our specialized freight partners.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer premium in-home assembly services at checkout for most regions. Our certified technicians will deliver, assemble, and test your equipment to ensure it is ready for your first workout.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and excellent condition. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
Does my equipment come with a warranty?
All new Echelon equipment includes a 12-month limited parts and labor warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for purchase to provide additional peace of mind for your investment.
Can I use the equipment without an Echelon United Membership?
While our equipment features manual modes that allow for basic use without a subscription, an Echelon United Membership is required to access our full library of live and on-demand classes, performance tracking, and community features.
